Afternoons in the bitter cold but my sister and I tried to cheer ourselves up with early easter treats and looked at all the pretty things in the shop windows. There are so many lovely places to visit that I see almost every day and it's really nice to have time to appreciate them. Hurry up Spring!

the first signs of autumn♥

it's starting to get really cold all of a sudden & so i'm starting to really look forward to the autumn: my birthday's in the autumn, lovely warming hot chocolates, mulled wine with friends & cosy nights in with pyjamas & thick socks on. i love you summer but there's just not been enough of you this year & so i've forgotten all about you. i want to find the perfect hot chocolate to make at home♥
