things that have been keeping me happy this week ( and it's only wednesday!) have been the Whip It soundtrack, David Bowie, Kate Nash, Nigella Lawson, Grand Designs, Charlie & Lola, phone calls to my bestest best Kimberley, super lovely twitterers Kayleigh, Abby & Fritha, tea (ahhh see I never forget what's important!) phone calls home, silly ones to my lovely sister where we talk about even sillier things like the square root of Bruce Willis & the Inbetweeners- she's obsessed- not me! ooh and my lovely boyfriend Matt & being silly together. if you are silly things are better!

floral dress, black tights, pink nail polish, Roxy glasses, undone hair.

only if i'm very tired.

my boyfriend.

if you were a tree, what tree would you be?
i'd like to be a big oak tree that shelters people from the rain and is happy watching picnics and kite flying.

what's for dinner?
not pasta.

a mattress from ikea.

what are you listening to right now?
angus and julia stone.

what is your favorite weather and why?
i like to be coming home just before a storm, when the sky turns that deep black and bruised purple colour and then rushing in when the warm rain starts to lash down and there are rolls of thunder in the sky.

what time do you usually wake up?
i am honestly all over the place but i hardly sleep more than 7 hours a night.

what is your most challenging goal right now?
finding work, sorting out our new home, being happy

if you could have a house totally paid for, fully furnished anywhere in the world, where would you want it to be?
right now i'd like to live and sleep in a victorian town house, with high ceilings and a lovely bathroom. and perhaps a small garden where i could have strawberries for breakfast in the sunshine.

3 dream vacation spots:
pretty towns in France, New York and summer somewhere beautiful just in England.

what movies can you watch over and over?
marie antoinette, disney (the little mermaid, toy story, sleeping beauty that sort of thing) the virgin suicides, anything by Sofia Coppola actually, titanic, sleepy hollow...

what is your favourite tea?
english breakfast tea.

the twilight books and also fairy tales.

what is your current guilty pleasure?
duvet days.

i think a forest somewhere.

oh dear,

tearful Saturday, you know when you get them days where you just feel sad? it's unlike me. maybe its the Titanic relapse from last week or watching Saving Private Ryan? Ugh. Anyway, I'm surrounding myself with happy things. Like apple pie & Pushing Daisies. I love this show, I was so unhappy when it was cancelled, but I don't have to miss it. Olive & Emmerson are hillarious and Ned & Chuck are so cute ^_^ (images- we heart it)
