I managed to watch a small bit of 'The Delicious Miss Dahl' on youtube because Kimberley had told me just how lovely it is so I just had to watch it. The bit I saw was her making flapjacks with cherries and coconut, a recipe I'd like to try and then keep for breakfasts on the go.
She looks like a great chef! I must look into her show soon.
