Loving all the dresses worn by all the beauts at the Golden Globes, did you lovelies have any favourites? I adore Kaley Cuoco's floral gown, Jennifer Lawrence's simple but elegant attire, gorgeous sequin detailing on Zooey Deschanel's dress and the vibrant super girly number worn by Lena Dunham. I've started a collection of illustrations inspired by all these lovely ladies, including a few more and they may even appear in the shop.

THE LAST DAYS OF SUMMER

Hope you lovelies have all had a relaxed bank holiday weekend, with Pimms and strawberries and ice creams in the sunshine. I have some space left for blog headers and thought I'd share some I've been lucky enough to illustrate. They are a great way of refreshing a blog, or starting a new idea for it without having to start over again. Hello lovelies hope you're all having a sleepy Sunday wrapped in duvets listening to the rain. I thought I'd share with you some illustrated prints I'd had done which seemed to have a calm feel. I was flicking through some sketchbooks and can across a few pieces of art I thought would make lovely prints. They've turned out really well & they look so sweet hanging in little mismatches frames in our guest room (pictures to follow)

I had to show you the latest collection of exquisite paintings from one of my favourite artists, Emily Martin of the Black Apple, based on one of my favourite stories Alice In Wonderland ♥ They're beautifully painted with love and the most apt attention to detail, look at the cake stand in The Mad Tea Party piece and the mischievous look on the Cheshire Cat's face. I adore the blushing roses in Still Life with Live Flowers and the adorable diamond pattern on Alice's vintage dress.
