Happy Friday lovelies! What are your exciting plans for the weekend? I have no idea what we're going to do but if the weather is good then hopefully a country walk under a blanket of rainclouds (like Kate Winslet in Sense & Sensibility) I've been obsessively framing my illustrated prints, some frames are on order and I'm super excited about them! I just want to collect art and pretty illustrations and have frame walls in my house so this is my mission for this year. I'm working on some really awesome projects at the moment and I will share those when I can. There's still 20% off custom illustrated blog headers and custom illustrated portraits until the end of January. I'm taking commissions now but my diary is filling up so get in there if you'd like one! Have you got your copy of the latest lovely music issue of Cellardoor magazine? It's a really amazing issue, with lovely articles including the beautiful Kate Nash, super cool Bastille, the wonderful The Staves to name a few, flip through for gorgeous picks of pastel headphones, hummingbird watches, flamingo satchels & super cool bright pink song lyric prints by Fizzy Lemonade, there's also an amazing fashion shoot by Holly Booth inspired by Wuthering Heights as well as some really lovely things to do before spring suggested by Daisy Laverock-Willis with super sweet illustrations by Yasmin Mason. My silver-locked, peach-cheeked, diamond-collared illustrated girl makes an appearance too, with her retro pastel pink headphones, I wonder what she's listening to. Today I think it would be HAIM & Lorde. What's on your November playlists? I'd love to know!

Hello lovelies, I'm still alive, apologies for the lack of posts lately, we are in the middle of moving house and that takes up so much time. I have some lovely illustrations that I am working on currently and I can't ware to share those ♥ I had to post this blog banner I was asked to illustrate for the lovely Johanna of My Blogtasy ♥ It's always a pleasure to do a rose pink feminine banner with darling shoes and peachy lipstick ♥ Johanna's blog is super sweet and a lovely read ♥

BE MY VALENTINE: CUSTOM COUPLE PORTRAITS ♥

OHMIGOSH! I can't believe it's Valentine's Day tomorrow, that's rolled around fast hasn't it! Hope you lovelies are all doing something extra special with your loved one! This will be Matt and I's sixth Valentine's Day together and in just over a month we'll be celebrating our seventh anniversary ♥ As a sort of nod to this, being the hopeless romantic that I am, I thought what better way to celebrate being all loved up than offering a custom couple portrait illustration service. If you have an illustration in mind, you can email me with specifics or alternatively you can buy a custom portrait (it doesn't have to be a couple, it can be a gorgeous gift of just yourself or your loved one illustrated) via my etsy shop. I like to work closely with people so they are absolutely happy with their final illustration ♥ I offer digital pieces, which are cheaper as you'd be getting a print or the more traditional pencil and soft coloured marker versions, although the originals are a little more expensive! ♥
